City Bubbles

The Citybubbles are equipped with an innovative concept that combines GPS technology with an interactive guide, a voice-controlled GPS system specially programmed, which will not only tell to passengers all the directions but it will also describe the most emblematic monuments of our regional patrimony, plus information of historical, artistic, gastronomical and commercial interest interactively at any point in the cities of Funchal and Câmara de Lobos.

The Bubbles are electric, Renault Twizy, 100% environment-friendly, with capacity for two passengers. The car has a range of 60/70 km in one charge (3/4 hours driving) and a top speed of 90 km/h. If you need to charge the car, we have partnership with some restaurants, all placed out of the touristic area, with the best homemade traditional food. They are our charging points, you can find them very easily, with our GPS.
