AN EASY RESERVATION TICKET ONLINE SYSTEM AND
A SUITABLE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SOLUTION

The Client

Fajã dos Padres is a property with 9 small rebuilt houses and its access is made by a cable car based in a huge cliff.  The business is fragmented in accommodation, restaurant and cable car travels to the property.

The Challenge

For this client the main goal was to develop an innovative and personalized technology solution which provides promotion, reservation and ticket sales for the cable car travels. Another need was to improve internal management, specifically in what concerns to financial control.  

inMadeira approach

The developed solution consists on a practical and simply system to manage the availability, ticketing and billing process. Our solution ranges from booking engines to internal management software which allows business growth and a more effective service spectrum.

Fajã dos Padres was integrated in portal inMadeira, a platform that was created to promote, reserve and book online for own services and for complementary offer in a B2B perspective.

The BackOffice allows the management of own offer and is also integrated the billing process. One important process that was consider in this business was to introduce the cashier balancing. This internal control is crucial to ensure operational efficiency and it enables to check closing balances and daily reports. This functionality ensures an effective control of all financial data, which gives an entire business analysis and management.

The FrontOffice of Fajã dos Padres solution is based on a simple Ticket interface that allows tickets sales for cable car users in real time.

The Results

After our intervention Fajã dos Padres was able to work with a powerful cloud-based tool to support operation and financial management with an integrated booking system. The ticket sales process became a daily routine validated by effectiveness and effortless.
