How to Book ?

1. Search or browse on the website until you find the desired service(s).

2. Select the day/time, the number of people and prices, and enter your personal information.

3. Make your booking. Add as many services as you wish.

4. The payment is made partially or in full during the booking process using Paypal: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card.

5. Print the Voucher.

6. Take the Voucher to the service location.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

How can i get a personal account?

To browse on InMadeira website and book products or services you need to sign in. You can sign in when you enter the site (top right - login) or through a reservation. After registration / login you can continue your reservation or choose your services / products to initiate.

How can i make a reservation?

Select the service or product that you desire, set the days/time, number of people for each tariff, enter your personal information and click in ”Book”. 

Repeat this process for all services that you want, and book it all together at the end. 

If any service requires a supplier approval, the remaining services will be locked to you until all is confirmed. You only pay at the end.

Payment method?

Payment is made at the end of the booking process using Paypal: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card.

The amount to pay may correspond to the entire service or just part as a signal, according to the conditions defined by the supplier. 

How can i cancel a reservation?

After making your reservation, you can cancel it, if you want to. You should contact the service provider,  and indicate the reasons for the cancellation.

Plase note that, according to the precedence of cancellation and the conditions defined by the supplier, you may get only a partial refund of the amount.

How can i change a reservation?

After making your reservation, you can change its date and time if you want to. You should contact the service provider, to check the availability of the service for the day/time that you want, and proceed with the change. 

How can i send important notes to the service provider?

In the booking form, use the box "Remarks" to enter important information or to make special requests related to the services or products that you are booking.
